PHJ8 Terms & Conditions for Philippine Players

1 Eligibility

To create and use a PHJ8 account, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years old. PHJ8 strictly prohibits underage gaming. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or above.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or automated account registrations are not permitted.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not prohibited under local law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or subject to a voluntary exclusion agreement.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on PHJ8. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and may result in permanent suspension of all related accounts.

All transactions on PHJ8 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support local payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including Philippine bank transfers, GCash, and Maya. Deposits and withdrawal requests are processed through secure, verified channels.

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. PHJ8 may require documents before releasing funds, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days; e-wallet transactions are generally faster.

PHJ8 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification, fraud review, or compliance checks. You will be notified if this applies to your account.

4 Gameplay Rules

PHJ8 offers a range of game categories including sports betting, live casino, fish games, eBingo, slots, and online poker. Each game or betting category operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant game interface or section of the platform.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. PHJ8 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed wager except in cases of a clear technical error on the platform's side.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game session, PHJ8 will attempt to restore the session to its last recorded state. If that is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any stakes returned.
• Results generated by PHJ8's platform systems are considered final. If you believe a result is incorrect, you may raise a dispute with our support team within 7 days of the event.

PHJ8 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to all games at all times. Scheduled maintenance, game provider updates, or other technical requirements may temporarily limit access to certain titles.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

PHJ8 may offer bonuses, rewards, and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. PHJ8 determines eligibility at its own discretion.

PHJ8 monitors accounts for unusual activity. Accounts found in violation of these rules will be suspended pending investigation. Confirmed violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Extended periods of account inactivity, subject to prior notice.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to respond, unless the suspension is related to an ongoing fraud or legal investigation. You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting support. Remaining verified balances will be returned to you through your registered payment method after any applicable checks are completed.

10 Limitation of Liability

PHJ8 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

• PHJ8 is not liable for losses arising from network failures, device issues, or connectivity problems on the player's end.
• PHJ8 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player sharing their account credentials with another person.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PHJ8's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits PHJ8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Amendments to These Terms

PHJ8 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, platform features, or applicable regulations.
